kale can be tasty, too!

 

We've recently discovred the amazing world of clean eating and we want to share all the fun recipes and tips that we're finding and using with you! The Darling Life diet is full of fruit, veggies and protein (we're vegetarian!) and with very little processed food. You'll see a lot of fruity smoothies, flavorful oatmeal, and, our favorite, veggies pretending to be carbs (shoutout to a recent fave- Cauliflower!). 

 

We want to start with our big tip/rule: Have one YOLO meal a week, a meal that you can INGLUGE in- eat all the fat, salt and sugar that you want (eh, but still within a limit)! But only one. Other than your YOLO, the other 20 meals a week should be clean, clean, clean!
